Our Values

Diversity Is Not Optional

At Calibre, we will always embrace diversity and challenge the norms and bias that pervade and inhibit selection. We support and promote diversity as a strength of our business and of the organisations we represent. We are committed to treating everyone that comes into contact with our brand and team – regardless of age, race or ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion or disability – with respect and without judgment or bias.

It is not enough to just believe in diversity but we must also enable it and we will continually seek to improve this for the individuals we engage with and the organisations we support.

Respect Others

We recognise each other’s differences and celebrate them as a means to building a stronger team. Businesses employing a diverse workforce, are able to provide a greater variety of solutions to problems and through respecting each other’s differences, we are able to improve teamwork and overall work performance.

For a core belief you can't do better than Kant... Act in such a way that you always treat humanity, whether in your own person or in the person of any other, never simply as a means, but always at the same time as an end.

Honesty & Integrity

We believe in creating an accessible, transparent and inclusive process, accurately promoting the skills and competence of not only our Calibre employees but of our clients also. Through clear communication and a straightforward approach, our goal to instil confidence in our employees, our clients and the talented individuals we work with.

At Calibre, we always take responsibility for our actions and by ensuring an honest workplace, help to build reputations, increase trust and promote loyalty to those that share our values.
