You will join a close-knit team and office as a whole. You will collaborate daily and maintain a focus on providing clients high quality, fit for purpose solutions for their transport challenges within the complex urban environments.

Coming in at an Associate Director level, day to day responsibilities will include developing innovative and fit for purpose solutions for clients. You will be expected to manage projects, liaise with clients, and mentor and develop more junior staff.

The role will work closely with the Directors and Associate Directors in Melbourne and be focused on delivering traffic and transport engineering solutions and advice for a range of clients in the public and private sector for projects such as:

  • Flagship Retail projects
  • Major Hospital Redevelopments
  • Complex Urban Renewal Projects
  • Precinct Masterplans

Experience and skills required

  • Prior experience in the traffic engineering industry
  • Ability to solve complex traffic and transport problems
  • Effective written communication
  • A sound understanding of local traffic and transport networks
  • Desire to collaborate, learn from others
