Why we think this opportunity should appeal

In an industry sector dominated by large corporates this employee-owned firm, and its down to earth, pragmatic, leadership team are distinct. The firm has built a great reputation with its client base both in Australia and New Zealand through its focus on the client needs and maintaining a high level of service and quality of work. Their low staff turnover and a mature approach to growth means will offer those people who care about work environment and culture a stable and supportive role with plenty of opportunities to advance.

Role level and remuneration? Due to the firm's flexible structure and approach to client engagement, this opportunity can be aligned to a capable professional looking to step up or out of a larger organisation. Or a more senior role that will suit a more experienced professional who is looking to find a firm of like-minded industry leaders to work with.
