Role Overview

One of Australia’s leading bus operators has an exciting opportunity for a Scheduling Team leader to come on board and manage the team who are responsible for critical bus networks in NSW.

As the Network Planning and Scheduling Team Leader, you will have a thorough understanding of the complex networking system and be able to work with the team, key stakeholders and leadership to deliver better outcomes.

Experience and Skills Required

  • Strong people skills and prior team management experience
  • A sound understanding and background in transit/network planning or related field
  • Ability to support and motivate a team to deliver optimal outcomes in potentially challenging timeframes
  • A Problem-solving mindset required in dealing with naturally complex network challenges
  • Ability to work with external stakeholders and take on different types of feedback
