Role Overview

Our client is now looking for their next leader for the rail group. The role will resonate as it will see you;

  • Join a firm with an impressive forward workload of key projects
  • Transition into the role with the support from the current leader of the rail group and other disciplines
  • Take on a project director/stewardship role on one or more of the current projects and programs of work
  • Be involved in the transformation of Sydney and New South Wales rail network
  • Have overarching leadership responsibility for a local team and significant interstate and international professionals who can strengthen your service offering for the client
  • Be part of a globally recognised brand that is seen as the leader in the engineering and advisory field for transport, infrastructure and beyond

Experience and Skills Required

  • A demonstrable track record in the delivery of rail systems, from business case to detailed design/delivery
  • Major local, interstate or international project experience
  • A client focus with the ability to engage and work with clients to deliver them fit-for-purpose solutions as opposed to technically impressive, but impractical engineering work
  • Leadership capabilities and communication skills that will help you get the best out of your team
